About Us: 
As one of the most innovative and diverse multimedia entertainment companies in the US we strive to bring all your favorite entertainment at the touch of your finger tips; GRÜVme is a hybrid music entertainment company and gives you access to your favorite songs, videos, clips and your favorite television shows (coming soon). Explore exclusive stories, videos, and features that help you get deeper into music you already like or discover something new. You can download music to your PC for as low as .99 cents per song and listen to it while online or on your phone (restrictions apply).

Sign Up: How do I sign up?
- You can click on the sign up box and a registration box will pop up
- Fill out all the information needed (remember the fields with an asterisk * are required.
- Please be sure to read and understand the terms of sale, terms of service, and terms and conditions before accepting.
- When you have accepted click the button SUBMIT in the bottom right corner.

Do I have to sign up to listen or purchase any items?
- No, you can listen and download as much music just like the members can. 30 sec samples if you do not signup, but you can download and purchase a library of music, movies and merchandise by joining GRÜVme. It is no charge to join so give us a try you will love to GRÜVme.
- If you where to become a member you can receive discounts and have updates sent to your email.

Are there any monthly fees?
- A-La-Cart (99 cents + per item) & Subscription based
- Enjoy GRÜVMEs vast variety of music and videos.

Newsletter: How do I receive updates from GRÜVme?
- You will find in the upper right corner of the portal a Newsletter button
- Click on the button and fill out the information to receive our electronic newsletter.
- About once a month GRÜVme will email you giving you updates and keeping you informed.

Customize: What is customized used for?
- Click on the Customize box and at the bottom of your portal will be a box.
- This allows you to customize your own portal
- Begin with a certain genre, this allows you to choose what category of music you want to listen to when signing in.
- GRÜVme skin color gives you Orange, Red, Tan, Gold, Light Green, Dark Green, Brown, Blue. This will change the color of your portal to what you like.
- Click on the save button to save your options.
- If you want to change your music or color click on reset.

Audio: How do I listen to the music?
- Click on Audio box and this will pull up in the center your audio device.
- You can rewind, pause, play, stop, and forward music.
- - / + button to help you with the volume.
- On the bottom of the screen is a Now Playing box which tells you the artist, title, album, and genre.
- To listen to music you have 2 options:
1st - On the left side you have a box that contains buttons with pictures on them.
- Using your mouse you can scroll over each picture to see what genre of music it is.
- There is a > box that tells you which each genre is while scrolling over the pictures.
- On the left side of the of the box you will see More button
- Click on that button to allow you more options of genre to choose from.
- If you don’t want to use the pictures just click on the select genre box and choose which type of music you want to listen to.
- Once you have decided it gives you the top 10 songs or click on the artists and it gives you 10 artists of that genre.
- When you scroll down with your mouse on the songs it has a pop up that shows you to each Song, Artist, Album, and Released Date.
- Click on the song and it brings up 4 options: Listen to Clip (music runs for 30 seconds), Buy Song, View Album, and Add to Favorites.
- Choose which option you want, if you want to buy a song click on buy button and it will put it in your shopping cart
- Click the back button to go back to the list.
- At the bottom of the box it gives you the option to send the list to a friend.
2nd - On the right side of your portal under the column Search is a box that says Enter Keyword(s).
- First, you can type in the phrase you are looking for.
- Next, you have 4 options to choose from: Album, Song, Artists, or All
- Click which option you want and then click the GO button.
- This will pull up the results you have chosen
- If you don’t know any keywords just click on the Genre box and decide which type of music you want.
- Click on GO button to pull up all the results
- In the box it tells you which type of music, the Track /Artist / Album, Actions, and Price.
- If there is more than one page you will see at the bottom of the screen back button, page out of how many, prev (previous) button, next button.
- This allows you to go through and view the entire selection.
- Once you have found a song you want in the Actions Column it gives you 3 choices: Listen to Clip, Buy Song, Buy Album
- If you want to buy a song click on the button and the screen will show you the shopping cart. If you still want to shop just click the back button to go back to your results.

How do I buy merchandise? (GRÜVme user must be logged into account)
- Just click on the song and select add to cart for the song, album or item you want to purchase.
- You can add/remove items in cart and finalize checkout process by adding name, address and credit card info to finalize purchase.

Video: How can I play the videos?
- Click on the video button and a video will come on and play
- On the left side of your portal you will see a box that says Featured.
- This gives you a list of Videos/ Artist to choose from.
- At the bottom you have the option to send it to a friend.
- While the video is playing at the top it gives you 6 options left to right: Mute, Rewind, Play/ Pause, Forward, Stop, and a bar with an arrow allows you to forward or rewind the video faster.

My Place: How can I use My Place?
- This column is for GRÜVme members
- When you click on the My Place box it will pull up a box at the bottom of the portal. My Place gives you 3 choices:
- My Profile- lets you view your registration information to keep it updated.
- My Favorites-lets you view your favorite songs and if you couldn’t buy a song at the time you could add it to my favorites and purchase it later.

Shopping Cart: What do I do when I want to check out?
- On the right side of your portal is a box that says Shopping Cart
- Preview- number of items with subtotal

What if I want to delete some songs?
- You will see the view button in the Shopping Cart box
- Click on the view button and it will pull up all the items you have chosen to purchase.
- In the Action Column it shows a red button by each song, this will delete the song you want. (Make sure it is the correct button you want to delete or you might delete the wrong song.)
- Now is the time to make any changes to your shopping list.
- You can also click on the Reset button to delete the entire list.

I am done with my changes how do I purchase my items?
- Click on the checkout button in the Shopping Cart box.
- Fill out all the information that is needed (Credit card)
- GRÜVme offers a secure and enjoyable purchasing experience.

Utilities: What is the utilities box for?
- Site Map: this gives you a list which contains all the selections (About Us, Signup, Customize, Shopping Cart, Audio, Video, and My Place).
- Main: You must install GRÜVme Player or Windows Media Player 10 or above in order to download music to your PC. Windows Vista/XP currently supported

Sign Out: How do I sign out of the portal?
- In the upper left side of the portal you will see a log out button.
- Click on that button and it will log you off the site.
- The button will change to Sign in so you know you are logged out.
