2. What is a GRÜVme Basic Subscription?
GRÜVME is a 99¢ + music, video and multimedia store with no monthly
membership fee. Search and browse 30-second music clips and buy your
favorite music to burn to CD or transfer to a compatible (certain restrictions
may apply on burn or transfers please check owners manual of portable
device prior to purchase). GRÜVME currently uses WMA encoding on
independent content and DRM encoding from Windows.

3. What are GRÜVme minimum system requirements?
Operating System: Windows XP or Windows Vista.
NOTE: Windows XP and Windows Media Player 10 or above are required to
use any Windows DRM protected content.
IBM PC Compatible Requirements:
Processor: Pentium-class CPU equivalent or better
Memory: 64MB of RAM minimum
Monitor: GRÜVME can be viewed on a monitor with a screen resolution of
800x600 or greater.
Sound Card: Sound card and speakers
Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.1 or higher. IE 5.5 requires
Service Pack 1 or higher. IE 6.0 is recommended. You can get IE 6.0 from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp .
Compatible MP3 Player: Windows Media Player 7.1 or higher. Windows Media
Player 10 Series is recommended as it improves streaming quality and
reduces buffering times.

Internet Connection: Active Internet connection (Broadband (Cable, DSL 384
Kbps or higher recommended))
Macromedia Flash 6 or Above Required

4. What happens to the music I downloaded to my PC if I cancel my
Membership?
Select protected content will only be compatible on playback with GRÜVme or
compatible portable media devices that support Windows Media or GRÜVme
encoded content. Please check with your manufacturer prior to purchase to
insure compatibility with purchased songs.

5. Which MP3 players are compatible with GRÜVme?
GRÜVme Windows DRM encoded content is compatible with over 100 MP3
players and over 400,000 non-DRM independent titles are compatible with
virtually any portable media playback device.

6. What if I just want to buy songs or albums to burn to CD or
transfer to a compatible MP3 player?
You can always use GRÜVME 99¢+ music, video and multimedia store, to
purchase songs for 99¢+ and albums from $7.95. Once purchased, you can
keep this music on your PC forever, burn it to CD (number of burns and plays
may vary) or transfer to a compatible MP3 player.

7. What can I do with music I buy on GRÜVme?
The songs and albums you buy are yours to keep, but number of plays and
time periods are dependent on type of content (PPV, Video, Audio) and may
not allow for unlimited plays. Please verify that song is compatible with your
media device prior to purchase.

8. Do I need a credit card to use GRÜVme?
Billing information from your credit card account is required to purchase
music, video or other GRÜVme content. GRÜVme does not require a credit card to
register.

9. Can I listen to GRÜVme through my home stereo or in my car?
With GRÜVME, you can give your living room the power of a vast selection of
songs, movies and multimedia. Connect your GRÜVme to your home stereo
directly from your PC.

10. What type of music files and digital rights management software
does GRÜVme use?
The GRÜVME music that is downloaded to your computer is in Window Media
Audio (WMA) format at 128kbps-256kbps stereo. We use Microsoft Windows
Media Digital Rights Management & Proprietary GRÜVme software to make sure
all the music you have is fast, safe and protected. For more information

11. Does GRÜVme work with my portable player?
GRÜVME offers a vast selection of titles and more are being added daily that can
be used on virtually any MP3 or I-Pod style device. Our user generated
content is non DRM and can be purchased or downloaded for free. We
encourage our users to create and share their content with each outer.
A GRÜVme membership give you more ways to discover and enjoy music on
more players.

12. What level of security can I expect when buying a song, video or
movie from GRÜVme?
